App Tour

This guide shows how tenant users complete daily work in the Chyper Web UI.

Step 1: Start on the Dashboard

  1. Open the dashboard after sign-in.
  2. Review active projects and recent run activity.
  3. Check usage and alerts that may affect today's work.

Step 2: Open a Project Workspace

  1. Select a project from the dashboard.
  2. Confirm you are in the correct environment and team context.
  3. Open the project chat to start your workflow.

Step 3: Use the AI Chat Panel

  1. Describe a specific outcome, not a vague request.
  2. Ask for draft output (requirements, plan, document, or task breakdown).
  3. Review generated content and request revisions.
  4. Save accepted output to the appropriate project tab.

Step 4: Manage Work in Project Tabs

  • Tasks: plan and track execution work.
  • Sprints: organize delivery windows and commitments.
  • Requirements: maintain source-of-truth scope.
  • Documents: publish project-ready artifacts.
  • Diagrams: capture visual flows and system context.
  • Quality: run review and governance checks.

Step 5: Collaborate Safely

  1. Assign owners for key artifacts.
  2. Use comments and revisions before approvals.
  3. Limit high-impact actions to authorized roles.
  4. Keep decisions documented in project history.

Step 6: Configure Settings

From tenant or workspace settings:

  1. Manage team roles.
  2. Configure connectors.
  3. Create or rotate API credentials.
  4. Set governance defaults.
  5. Review billing and usage.

Step 7: Publish or Hand Off

  1. Confirm required approvals are complete.
  2. Export or share final artifacts.
  3. Update status and ownership for the next phase.
