This guide shows how tenant users complete daily work in the Chyper Web UI.
Step 1: Start on the Dashboard
- Open the dashboard after sign-in.
- Review active projects and recent run activity.
- Check usage and alerts that may affect today's work.
Step 2: Open a Project Workspace
- Select a project from the dashboard.
- Confirm you are in the correct environment and team context.
- Open the project chat to start your workflow.
Step 3: Use the AI Chat Panel
- Describe a specific outcome, not a vague request.
- Ask for draft output (requirements, plan, document, or task breakdown).
- Review generated content and request revisions.
- Save accepted output to the appropriate project tab.
Step 4: Manage Work in Project Tabs
Tasks: plan and track execution work.Sprints: organize delivery windows and commitments.Requirements: maintain source-of-truth scope.Documents: publish project-ready artifacts.Diagrams: capture visual flows and system context.Quality: run review and governance checks.
Step 5: Collaborate Safely
- Assign owners for key artifacts.
- Use comments and revisions before approvals.
- Limit high-impact actions to authorized roles.
- Keep decisions documented in project history.
Step 6: Configure Settings
From tenant or workspace settings:
- Manage team roles.
- Configure connectors.
- Create or rotate API credentials.
- Set governance defaults.
- Review billing and usage.
Step 7: Publish or Hand Off
- Confirm required approvals are complete.
- Export or share final artifacts.
- Update status and ownership for the next phase.
