Team Management

Use this guide to onboard users safely and maintain role hygiene over time.

Step 1: Define Role Model

Before inviting users, map responsibilities to roles:

  • Owner/Admin: tenant settings and governance.
  • Manager/Developer: project delivery actions.
  • Viewer: read-only collaboration.

Step 2: Invite Users

  1. Open Settings -> Team.
  2. Click Invite Member.
  3. Enter email and assign initial role.
  4. Send invitation.

Step 3: Verify Access Boundaries

  1. Confirm each user can open only expected workspaces/projects.
  2. Validate write access for delivery roles.
  3. Validate read-only behavior for viewers.

Step 4: Manage Role Changes

When responsibilities change:

  1. Update role assignment.
  2. Re-check connector and API access implications.
  3. Notify affected project owners.

Step 5: Handle Offboarding

  1. Remove tenant access immediately.
  2. Revoke associated credentials and tokens.
  3. Reassign ownership for active automations or connectors.

Step 6: Run Quarterly Access Review

  • Remove stale accounts.
  • Confirm least-privilege posture.
  • Verify ownership of high-impact capabilities.
